Into the heart of Piccadilly this week for the centre of the known art world - Cork Street. Named after the Earl of Burlington (the 2nd Earl of Cork) the street started life more concerned with tailors than artists. However over time, and with the proximity of the Royal Academy, so the art galleries opened and flourished.

You can still find an amazing wealth of art for sale on this unassuming street - but there's also some wonderful architecture if you look up and naturally some very very great candid people shots to be had ... you can image the sort of people who visit this street!
Directions:From Green Park tube walk up piccadilly and when you get to the Burlington Arcade, pop through and you'll see Cork street opposite.
